Warm Tips:
- The doorbell camera only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
- 7/24 full day recording is not supported. Recording will only start when the camera's PIR sensor detects motion or when it is viewed live via the app.
- Wifi connection is affected by the network signal, please make sure you have a strong wifi signal.
- If the video doorbell messages are pushed too often, it is recommended to adjust the doorbell sensitivity from high to medium, or turn off the notification push accordingly.
